Now dubbed "The Annex", this eclectic property bookending the east side of the Warehouse Arts District (WAD) has evolved into one of the more dynamic and active properties in the neighborhood. Artists, architects, film production companies and designers call this building home.

This entire building went through a renovation totaling just over $600,000 in late 2014 to subdivide and modernize the spaces for the creative community. Once a home for a drill bit manufacturer, this space was drawing interest from a different type of tenant, and the new spaces are built out for the type of tenant that is now drawn to the WAD. New bathrooms, glass overhead doors, state-of-the-art HVAC and mechanical systems, a live-work artist studio, new storefronts and new life make this fully occupied building a new destination in the WAD.
