Developers blew up an 80,000 square foot building, which has been part of Research Medical Center's Brookside campus for decades prior to the newly completed Brookside Senior Residences at Rockhill Greens.  The Brookside Senior Apartments are located on the 6700 block of Troost Avenue on 13 acres developed in partnership with Research Medical Center. These 46 units are Phase I in what is to be a vibrant, dense senior community with access to some of the region's finest medical care.

This first phase has been five years in the making. Five buildings have been demolished on the site as part of the project, and the first piece of the puzzle is open and 100% occupied.  The new construction anchors the entry into the Research Medical Center campus, and will remain an important component of a revitalization effort along Troost Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri.
